MICHELE BENNETT
Michele Bennett is founder and principal producer at Cherub Pictures, a company formed initially for the production of music videos, documentaries and television commercials and subsequently feature films. Michele began by producing music videos for Artists such INXS, U2, Prince, Silverchair, Foofighters and many other noted Australian artists.

In 1989 - 1990 Michele produced a documentary "Lovetown" for the Irish band U2, directed by Richard Lowenstein. It was shot in Sydney, post produced in Dublin and shown worldwide. This was followed by a well received television documentary for Inxs ‘Welcome to Wherever you Are’.In 1991 Michele formed her own production company, Cherub Pictures.

In 2000 she produced her first feature film, Chopper, developed through Cherub Pictures. The film went straight to No. 1 at the box office, won many major Australian film industry awards and is now a cult international hit. A second feature, The Magician, was released in Australia and the UK in 2005.

PIP SMART
Pip Smart has worked in production at Cherub for ten years producing commercials and drama for the local and international Market. She also worked with Michele Bennett on the feature film Chopper.
 
SERENA PAULL
Serena's ten year career across varied aspects of producing has included the establishment of the Tropfest Feature Program (TFP) alongside John Polson adn then producing the feature film September (2007) with Lynda House and John Polson. September has enjoyed widespread critical acclaim and festival success including screenings at Melbourne, Toronto and Berlin International Film Festivals.
Prior to this, Paull held the position of Project Director at Sony Tropfest, having worked with the festival since 2000.
